After years working as a professional chef, she faced an unexpected crossroads. Rather than fold, she did what every great chef does: she leaned into what she knew, what she loved, and what she was best at. She opened Empanissah's.
The menu started with her greatest love — empanadas. Hand-folded. Fried golden. Stuffed with the same recipes her family perfected over generations. And then came the mac & cheese — a recipe she'd been refining for 15 years, quietly building toward the day she'd share it with the world.
